Let's be honest. The bag is just as horrible and tacky as the supplier. The bag came scratched up, the gold hardware does not match the attachment hardware on the bag, 3 different gold colors, tacky and so yellow, not worth the amount. If you were to open your bag too fast, the flap will break. Placing your keys or phone in the bag will make you be heard from a mile away, in saying that, lining would be wonderful, so many sustainable effective ways you can implement this. You should change your policy to shipped when the customer constanlty emails you with multiple follow ups, instead of ( Shipped within 2 days ).. i called asking for the where abouts of this item, the person on the phone instantly said would you like a refund, he did not offer any other solution, but resulted in that while huffing and puffing over the phone ( professionalism where?) I ordered this 2 weeks prior to when i needed it for a gift for someone, mind you i live in NSW. Side note, would be lovely if you included how the bag is made, what material you used and so forth when opening the packaging. Call me a Karen, but you need to do better, lol. Note, just to get a respond, i had to message off my Instagram account.
